Overall Dimensions: The top bed w/stairs is 96"L x 42"D x 67"H (bottom step is 50" deep).

Clearance under bed is 75"L x 47"H.

Stairs can be installed on either end.

Accent color, if chosen, are arranged as displayed.

Beds use standard sized mattresses only (sold separately).

Top mattress should not exceed 8" in height.

Children under 6 years old should not use the top of a bunk/loft bed.
