is made in the USA and available in 5 finishes and 17 knob colors. The drawers are double depth at 23" front to back and the entire bed can be reversed. Casters are mounted on the bottom of the drawer pedestal so the desk can be opened or closed under the bed but stays attached to the bed. The stairs are working drawers and have a strip of slip-resistant tape. The stairs can be installed on either end. The finish is a very durable laminate surface (similar to Formica) which is impervious to liquids and is scratch and heat-resistant. Nail polish, make-up, pencil, pen and markers are a few common household products that are easily removed with any non-abrasive cleaning product.
